“Innovation is at the heart of everything we do. We have created a system that not only saves you time and money – it sets a new standard for sustainability and performance in the new house construction.”

A "SUPER" STRUCTURE FOR

AN ENERGY EFFICIENT HOME

UltraKit is more than just large timber panels—it’s an advanced timber frame system designed to revolutionise house construction.

UltraKit panels are manufactured to the full length of a house elevation (up to 14 meters) and can be pre-fitted with windows, breather membranes, and other elements for unmatched efficiency.

Following our process and methodology, it is possible to have a wind and water tight property in as little as one day. Even more complex homes can be wind and watertight in a matter of days.

REDUCE

Optimise time to save money.

An UltraKit is no ordinary timber frame system; It is a transformative approach to modern methods of construction (MMC). Our supersized elevation panels reach up to 14m long and are manufactured in our factory to our clients accurate dimensions to minimise junctions and enhance airtightness.

We have the ability to integrate factory-fitted windows, Cavity insulation, and advanced membranes where required. This system ensures rapid on-site assembly, reduced settlement, and superior thermal performance. All designed to align with the demands of today’s building regulations and sustainability goals.

UltraKit allows you to build faster, safer, and greener. With a typical house achieving wind and water-tight status in a matter of days, internal and external trades can commence activities far sooner.

More importantly, these works can take place concurrently, slashing project timelines. Each external panel is constructed using 145x45mm C16 timbers for maximum strength, offering better load distribution, increased insulation and minimised thermal bridging using our recommended internal multi layered membrane.

Whether it’s a bespoke design or a large-scale development, UltraKit delivers unmatched reliability and efficiency.

UltraKit Benefits

1

Concept

UltraKit is designed to simplify and accelerate building processes while improving energy efficiency and sustainability. Pre-manufactured panels save time, reduce waste, and enhance safety.

2

Design

The team at Timber Engineering can tailor UltraKit to meet your specific needs including helping you to optimise energy performance. We can work with your design team to streamline the building warrant process with a sustainable and efficient design.

3

Manufacturing

We manufacture UltraKit using larger gauge structural timbers to ensure strength, quality and create a bigger cavity for better thermal performance.

4

Speed

Houses built using an UltraKit can be completed significantly faster than traditional methods of house building. Internal and external trades can start almost immediately after the UltraKit has been erected, saving many weeks on your build.

5

Delivery

The UltraKit frames are delivered to your project just in time for installation. They can be pre-fitted with windows and cavity insulation – minimising site deliveries, manual handling, and increase productivity.

6

Assembly

UltraKit transforms your build timeline. With fewer junctions and crane-handled panels, houses reach wind and water-tight in as little as one day. Faster, safer, and stronger. The most efficient way to build new homes.

7

Workflows

UltraKit enables multiple trades to work simultaneously. Start internal fit-outs while external works continue, reducing project timelines and keeping construction moving efficiently.

8

Customisation

UltraKit adapts to your unique project requirements. From bespoke panel specifications to on-site training and design collaboration, our team ensures a tailored building experience.

9

Sustainability

UltraKit embodies eco-conscious building practices. Off-site manufacturing reduces waste, while superior performing insulation and vapour control products can significantly reduce thermal bridging and drastically reduce building heat losses for the life of the building.
