From order placement to UltraKit panels arriving on site we are typically 6-weeks or less… and that includes the Engineering calculations and SER sign-off before your order goes into production.
Our manufacturing process is streamlined to ensure efficient production and our transport logistics allows for rapid delivery anywhere in the UK. Typically, we will have our UltraKit on site by the time you’ve got your foundations ready. Depending on whether you want us to erect the superstructure, you could be wind and water-tight within a few days of having your foundations completed!
We know that it can be difficult to coordinate everything to work seamlessly in construction that’s why we can help. We offer to supply only or supply and erect services. Depending on location we can use local kit erectors to assist or augment our team. As long as the site is accessible for the UltraKit delivery and crane then we are usually good to go.
UltraKit isn’t just large timber panels – it’s a whole system designed to improve productivity and build quality.
Unlike modular houses, our UltraKit relies on standard structural design details meaning that mortgage lenders and structural warranty providers treat our advanced system as ‘standard’.

The speed of getting to wind and water-tight stage is typically one day. We also get a head start on internal fit-out by utilising the crane to lift the bulk of insulation and plasterboard into the house before the roof goes on.
We can have your order into production within 2 weeks of Engineering Sign-off. Typically delivery of panels is within 2-weeks of commencing manufacture!
Due to the rigidity of our 6” (145mm) stud frame and lifting panels up to 14 metres in length, there is considerably less settlement and movement at junctions.
With our background in timber frame House Building and Residential Development, our UltraKit system has been designed around the construction site and to exploit the benefits of MMC by allowing more concurrent activity.
If you’re building out several houses or constructing your own development it may be worth considering getting us to train your site staff/joinery team on UltraKit and how to maximise the efficiencies that it can deliver. We know that once you’ve seen the time savings and quality of UltraKit you will not go back to “the way its always been done”. Typically we would train your personnel on the job – it usually can be done in a day!
